We had a leak that been going for days and I dont have any referrals in the area, so one day while driving I saw their van and I took a picture and contacted them the next day. At first they told me that they were busy on the day that I needed their service. The lady that was on the phone was very polite. This company was great. I had a broken outdoor pipe which caused me to have to shut off my main water supply. So its Friday night, I just had company come for the weekend and no water!! I called this company Trademark because I asked some contacts who would be good and they recommended Trademark. They came out to my house within an hour, fixed my pipe and we were up and running. Friendly, professional and know what they are doing. Will call them anytime I need plumbing! Thank you for being so responsive.

They set an appointment for the same day I called. They called back in a short time and asked if they could come sooner because they had a tech in my area. So many reviews are about what a company does, but this one is about what Trademark Plumbing DIDN'T do. This company is one of the most honest and reputable companies I've ever dealt with. Tony came by and fixed a few leaking showers and a leaky hose area (perfectly). When I asked about fixing the other hose area, he checked to see if it was leaking and, after seeing there was no issue, said it didn't need to be fixed so there was no need. Some companies would have taken the money and ran, especially if someone was willing to pay. But Tony and Trademark Plumbing were 100% honest. Any plumbing issues I ever have in the future will lead to a call to this company.

My experience with Tony Rice from Trademark was absolutely outstanding. Tony was knowledgeable and very customer friendly. I went from having a hot water heater leaking all over to a new hot water heater installed in a matter of hours. Service doesnt get any better than this.

Easy to get a hold of, excellent communication all the way around and showed up when they said they would. It was a rental property that's empty at the moment but the last renter told me there was no water pressure. They technician was running behind from another job, the office called to let me know. I told them it was okay to wait to am since it was getting dark. They said it was okay they can work when it's dark. They found the problem, A bad check valve. Had it fixed and we now have amazing water pressure again! Thank you! happy to have it fixed before the winter renters arrive.

Had a mishap where we hit an underground water line by mistake on a weekend, cutting off the water supply to our customer's home, which is obviously an emergency! I called Kara at Trademark Plumbing and they were there to save the day in under an hour! Their communication was impeccable, responsiveness and professionalism were even more impressive, and fairly priced for an after-hours call. They are the only company I would ever want to use again, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. They completely eliminated the anxiety surrounding an emergency situation when no one else would answer the phone or return our call!

Arrived home from trip to multiple and varied issues with toilet and water heater. Also needed some inlet lines replaced. Called as a new customer at 7.30 am. Cara couldnt have been more pleasant or helpful. Tony was at my house by 10.30 am and dealt with everything ,explaining each step clearly. You really get the sense of a family business who care about their customers. Would absolutely recommend to everyone, if you have a plumbing issue call Trademark !

Tory Rice was very nice. the dispatcher, she was also very nice and on track to helping us getting our problem scheduled asap. We had an emergency and finding other plumbers to be available was just not it, other plumbers from top google searches either hung up or no response. Trademark Plumbing did a great job replacing two rusted faucets for our washing machine in our garage. Tony was very thorough. Took pictures of the rusted ones and gave us a fair quote. He had to cut out wallboard around the old ones, removed them, replaced them with new ones and replaced the wallboard. I heartily recommend Trademark Plumbing!

I cant recommend Trademark Plumbing enough. Their service and professionalism is top-notch. Is I love that its a small Business with owners that truly care about their customer. They go above and beyond, they took care of my gas tankless water heater when the big plumbing companies couldnt figure out what was wrong and wanted to charge me a fortune. Tim came in figured it out in 10 minutes, fixed it and saved me a lot of money, its like a breath of fresh air working with a Business who truly cares about their customer You have direct contact with the owner and his wife who are as helpful as can be. I have maybe seen my dad cry 3 times tops and definitely not because a shower kicked his butt because he could not fix until he arrived home from vacation with a leaking shower. He tried everything and finally had to let his pride go and admit defeat. I reached out to a friend who gave me this companies number, they arrived same day and was the most amazing set of people who are very honest and is about helping more than ripping someone off like we all have heard of people doing in the past. They diagnosed it and fixed it same day. I HIGHLY RECOMMENED this company and WILL ALWAYS call on them if my dad should ever feel he can't fix something else again, lol.... GREAT JOB GUYS!!!! My Kohler toilet was pouring water when flushed! I called Trademark Plumbing who I have used before they came out immediately and fixed the problem. I tried to shutoff the water to my home as I was leaving for a few days. The main water valve started to leak. I chatted Trademark plumbing about the problem. They went to my home and fixed the problem the same day. The provided a quote via my computer, I approved the quote and the work was completed. The bill for the service was paid on line. Tony was very professional and hard working and completed the job two days earlier than promised. He did what he said he was going to from the time he visited the job to give me a competitive quote until the day he finished and even added a few extras for free. Quoted me additional work and did that as promised. No need to call and harass and follow up. They did that all for me. They re-piped my entire house from under slab to into the attic. Big job done neatly and professionally.
